Question - Marks on Urdu Zafar Qarin mint 1 rupee coins.

I have noticed certain symbols in the Urdu Zafar Qarin mint 1 rupee coins. Right above the ج (j) letter in جلال (jalal) there are different symbols.

 

Both of these are from the same year "Alf" or 1000 AH. One has a arrow like shape and the other has a flower. Do these indicate different locations?
